I announced this at the May plugfest in Seattle, but I never told this list: HP
has released a port of libcurl to edk2 on SourceForge. Libcurl is a widely-used
file transfer library, this port lets you write http-capable edk2 applications.
It relies on the socket library in the EADK (AppPkg).
