We found an issue in the latest EDK2 HII Browser DiscardForm() @ MdeModulePkg/Universal/SetupBrowserDxe/Setup.c In the process of discarding changes, the Setup Browser restores the varstores to their original values, and then notifies the HII drivers with ACTION_CHANGED so that they can handle
