[edk2] UDK2014.SP1 issue with DHCP6 Driver

The UDK2014.SP1 has an issue with the DHCP6 driver from the NetworkPkg. When using LLT method to calculate the DHCP6 DUID, function Dhcp6GenerateClientId() will write data to the pointer's pointer Duid incorrectly, which cause system crash during every boot and possible data corruption.
