Thanks Mike I did check this, and my PC and firewall both have 100/full set. I noticed that there appears to be an excessive amount of errors (and using Wireshark I can see a lot of retransmissions). But why would this only appear to affect the backup download? I don't notice the same problem w

Hi When I choose to download a backup from the firewall to my local PC, the download speed is terrible (500 bytes per sec!). Downloading a 14MB file takes 7 hours. It would just about be faster to write the configuration down :-) Everything else seems to be working fine. I don't notice any pro
