hehe :-) What versions of opal/ptlib will it depend on? Will is be the
2.8.1/3.8.1 current releases or is it something else or not change so
I can get them built up in the Fedora build system in prep for it.

No, it will be old stable, 2.6.7 and 3.6.8.
