[Ekiga-list] Ekiga 3.2.5 on Lenny
Hi, I played a lot with ekiga recently and was very happy to see 3.2.5 coming. So I decided to share the packages (i386 and amd64) I made for my personal use (in fact, I only compiled for Lenny the great packages made by the Debian Developers). Only one problem so far: I had to compile ekiga with g++ from Squeeze, I don't remember the error exactly. You can download them from http://blaniel.free.fr/debian/ekiga Or add 'deb http://blaniel.free.fr/debian/ekiga ./' to your sources.list. Bonus is libopal3.6.4-plugins-nonfree (h263, h263p, h264 and ilbc). It is compiled with libavcodec and libx264 linked statically. I had to do this because installing debian-multimedia.org's libavcodec breaks some programs (in my case vlc with mpeg ts containing h264) and the latest libx264 doesn't work with the GXV3000 (I used the latest version working, I still need to find what breaked the compatibility). I hope it will be useful to someone. Thanks to all the developers who made this great software.
