Here is the line:

deb http://blaniel.free.fr/debian/lenny-backports/ ./

Ok, thanks. I have added it to

Packages are also available for amd64 and maybe a note concerning
libopal3.6.4-plugins-nonfree should be useful to users.

Thanks for being so fast ;)

Ok, done. There is an error: lib32v4l was uploaded only for amd64.

I rebuilt the packages using cowbuilder. I also built ekiga with g++-4.2
so everything has been built with lenny paackages. You can find the
files here : http://blaniel.free.fr/debian/lenny-backports/

I think it should be ok for inclusion in lenny-backports, however I
don't have a lot of time these days but I will do my best to make them
available as soon as possible.

I put the line in /etc/apt/sources.list. But the i386 non-debug Debian
package seems to be missing in the repository.

Ooops... it seems something got wrong when I uploaded the files. I'm on
a 128Ko line so it took about 3 hours to send the files, I should have
checked more carefully. Anyway, upload is in progress and should be
available at 8h00 GMT+4

[Ekiga-list] Ekiga 3.2.5 on Lenny

2009-07-09 Thread Benoît Laniel
Hi,

I played a lot with ekiga recently and was very happy to see 3.2.5
coming. So I decided to share the packages (i386 and amd64) I made
for my personal use (in fact, I only compiled for Lenny the great
packages made by the Debian Developers). Only one problem so far:
I had to compile ekiga with g++ from Squeeze, I don't remember the
error exactly.

You can download them from http://blaniel.free.fr/debian/ekiga
Or add 'deb http://blaniel.free.fr/debian/ekiga ./' to your
sources.list.

Bonus is libopal3.6.4-plugins-nonfree (h263, h263p, h264 and ilbc). It
is compiled with libavcodec and libx264 linked statically. I had to do
this because installing debian-multimedia.org's libavcodec breaks some
programs (in my case vlc with mpeg ts containing h264) and the latest
libx264 doesn't work with the GXV3000 (I used the latest version
working, I still need to find what breaked the compatibility).

I hope it will be useful to someone.

Thanks to all the developers who made this great software.
