betting on the latter. I don’t think you could cover that much bandwidth with a
coupled-resonator design.
The drooping ends are a reasonable choice for a limited space dipole.

I agree that you'll most likely relegate the Eagle to second status. If you
hook the K3 up to the Centurion, be sure to follow the instructions for the K3.
It's different.
Fred Cady's (KE7X) book on the K3 is well worth having also. I bought it on CD
so I can search it, and I took the CD
