Good Evening,
The week was mostly sunny with temperatures below 50F. Warm enough
for a new crop of mushrooms but too cold for spiders. The alder have
lost their leaves, now the mosses are glowing bright green. More light
and rain lets them progress to their diploid phase.
The sun
Bingo. Into my Cantenna no problem all the way up to 1500W. I also
noticed during the antenna tests that my amp heated up very rapidly to
levels not seen before (over 70C). I had expected lower efficiency on
160, so I'll need to watch it. I was temporarily driving my Carolina
Windom, and
