[Elecraft] Replacing Shaft encoders on the K3

My shaft encoders have been giving me fits for years. I've brought some new ones (from Elecraft). Has anyone replaced theirs and have any advice on the procedure? How long does this take? Thanks, Frank W4TG __ Elecraft mailing list

[Elecraft] Looking for K3 KIO3B (RS-232 i/f board)
