[Elecraft] Low transmit power on K3 for all bands

I’m having a problem with tx power in my K3. Every band has a maximum power out of 12 watts except 6 meters at 8 watts. I’m not sure if I have changed something inadvertently, made changes accidentally while try to configure digital software, or if I am in need of a repair. Any advice would be

I am just setting my station up and running again after relocating. I lost my older digital interface in the move. Can I get some suggestions for the best digital interface for digital modes to use with my K3? I’d like to hear from people who’ve used different interfaces with the K3 and how they
