[Elecraft] KX3 power on

Have just switched on my KX3 after non use of 1 month, will not work on batteries as they have discharged. Also when I use external power source (13.5Volts) the following lights flash, TX. Delta f, OFS and B. There is no Display. Has anyone had this problem and has a solution? Rod G3YHM
