On SSB, whenever I go to transmit (I use the PTT line) I can hear the
distinct click of the amp relays at the start of my transmission. This is,
if nothing else, embarrassing.

I don't use SSB much, but I just bought the much-recommended Yamaha CM500
for those occasions when I venture up to that end of the bands.
Trouble is, after following the instructions on p. 28 of the K3 operating

i have the K3 and once again a problem has risen. As i was tuning up for FD
with a ext speaker plugged in i noticed i lost all RX audio. I thought that the
speaker just crapped out on me so i unplugged it and behold still no noise from
the internal speaker.. had to run the whole FD with the spe

a way to set default vox in this mode.. i always forget to switch off

i tried un-installing the kdvr3 and put all back together without it in and
still got this message, and also tried installing it again and still same
message... i am thinking the dsp board went bye bye on me for some reason.. any
other ideas i am open to all...

i just installed the k3dvr and now i am getting an error message of ERR
DSE. in the manuel it suggest to reload the dsp which i have tried to
do but with no luck it says the " DSP1 VERIFICATION FALIED. RELOAD
DSP1." i have tried this several times with the same results.. any

i tried the new ver 3.10 and it did not help... but no if i leave a steady
carrier from my sound card it slowley creeps up to max power... will try the

i have the 2.78 version installed and it does the same thing... i tried
reloading the firmware and did not change... as far as modes i run all modes
from sstv to hell, psk, rtty, olivia.. My agc settings vary for different
modes, but just say on PSK i run the AGC to one line below max for the
