The same thing happened to me when a bias-t failed. The damage was limited to
the SWR circuitry. If I recall, T4 was replaced and a burnt trace on the pcb
was repaired.

Thanks Dave. I resisted using the ptt port setup because I thought vox would
behave just like it does with my wsjt and fldigi setups. Is selecting K3
instead of a com port just forcing winmor to send audio?
