[Elecraft] VFO B / Decode

I have been looking through the options, and the manual however I can't seem to find an option to force VFO B to stay on decode instead of switching back to the frequency. I have been using 0 PWR and the decode to practice CW however since VFO B switches back it makes it difficult to see what I
