It says to linearize with the rig on 40 meters. What it doesn't say is that 40 meters needs to be workingg. As your VCO voltage reading on 40 meters is broke, so will be the linearization. You've got to get the VCO working first, I imagine. Dan / WG4S / K2 #2456 snip BandLow Freq.
