I obvious solution is to use a second receiver (I do not mean in the K3).

I'd like to work AO-7 with my K3. I have the 2m module. AO-7 Mode A is 2m
up and 10m down. Any way to unmute the K3 rx during tx periods so I can
hear my downlink?
What if the K3 had the 2nd RX Option? Then could the second RX stay on HF
while the other did the VHF?
