I too suffer from the idiosyncrasies of this charger and find 13.8v is not quite enough for it to bring the NiMh calls to full charge so I readjusted my desktop PS to 14.2V and that works fine. I also receive a lot of charge failures with an error of Temp not 0-40C when the charge is
