A relatively quick fix... I looked with my 'scope and saw the oscillator peter out with the dial set to around 1925 ... a couple counterclockwise turns of L30 snapped it right into place.
No issues on any other bands. Took the opportunity while the rig was open to re-cal the PLL, re-set some filters, tighten the PA screws on the KPA100. I used the 10 MHz oven output (from a frequncy counter from work) to snug up the internal counter. Rig is on frequency, every frequency. Incedentally, it puts out around 140W on 160, according to the LP100. Thanks for the assist.
