A relatively quick fix...

I looked with my 'scope and saw the oscillator peter
out with the dial set to around 1925 ... a couple
counterclockwise turns of L30 snapped it right into
place.

No issues on any other bands.

Took the opportunity while the rig was open to re-cal
the PLL, re-set some filters, tighten the PA screws on
the KPA100.

I used the 10 MHz oven output (from a frequncy counter
from work) to snug up the internal counter.  Rig is on
frequency, every frequency.  

Incedentally, it puts out around 140W on 160,
according to the LP100.
