Kai,
Yes - all keying functions should operate but no RF will be transmitted
if TX INH is asserted from an external input.

If I key ACC pin 4 (PTT IN) and enable ACC pin 7 (TX inhibit active),
will the KEY OUT T/R relay activate.
In essence,KEY OUT= (ACC4) AND (ACC7)
Or, KEY OUT=(ACC4)?
