Yes. While it’s not complete (i.e. menu settings aren’t implemented), it definitely works, and has to one degree or another since June of last year when I got my KX3, #379. You can either: 1) Hold down the CWT button while powering on for the first time to turn on the morse UI at 20 WPM.
