[Elecraft] Instructions Please: Using laptop F1 thru F12 keys to activate K3 Utility Terminal or Command buttons

I'm new at this. Could someone pls cite the web url where there are specific instructions on how to use a computer keyboard F1 through F12 buttons, to control/activate the k3 Utility CW memories found in the k3 Utility Terminal memories, or the K3 Utility Command Tester memories. Tks much !!
