Elecraft already has their signature case style with the six face panels and the three-hole bar brackets for vertices. Maybe they can make them in 2-56 size for the minimodules. The end pieces could be varied to accomodate the mini-modules. They might even simplify their end by just selling

I've been thinking about the CircuitShell idea after running across it. You could do something similar with a standard Hammond die cast box -- discard the lid and invert the case and attach to the PCB. Use two of them at right angles on the top and bottom as in the CircuitShell if necessary.

I think there are two sizes, but I hear you. Larry N8LP Dan KB6NU wrote: This is interesting, but it appears that they only make the one size CircuitShell. You have to make your PCB design fit their shell, not vice versa. Maybe Elecraft could get them to produce a mini-module version, though

Here's something that was passed along to me by Jack, K8ZOA. Might be interesting for board level kits, new projects and Elecraft mini-modules. http://www.circuitshell.com/ 73, Larry N8LP ___ Elecraft mailing list Post to: Elecraft@mailman.qth.net
