John,
Try the following website to convert your K1 from CW only to SSB.

It sounds like LA0BX wrote a program to send Feld Hell using only CW and
a simple interface. I've not tried it, but there's some interesting
info here:
http://www.qsl.net/zl1bpu/FUZZY/Feld.htm
and a search for the LA0BX software itself (HS-V79709.zip) came up with
this link:

John,
You need an SSB capable transmitter to do PSK (or any other soundcard
based digital mode). The K1 is CW only.
I recall there was one gentleman who was working on adding SSB to his
K1, but I don't know what the results were - that was a year or two ago.

I think it's impossible to send PSK31 using the K1. PSK requires
sending at least two tones, and the K1 is CW only -- just one tone.
It is possible, in principle, to send Feld-Hell, but I don't know of
any software that will do it -- the ones I know of are soundcard
generated, like PSK.

Happy to report that my freshly built K1 is OTA
Can someone direct me to information on how to hook up my SL1+ to the
K1 to do PSK?
I use an iMac and already have USB interface between it and the
signalink. Need to know how to do PTT.
Thanks,
John
