Hello Stan,
My K2/100 built in 2003 has the KAF2 option installed, and the KAF2
certainly helps when listening to weak signals.
I do not use the Time Clock, which is part of the KAF2, because it generates
a fairly strong click heard every second.

Hi folks. I'm a HF QRP/CW op - always have been; always will be.
Having said this, will I get a reasonable bang for the buck if I
purchase the KAF2 option?
I presently own the K2/10, KAT2, and KNB2.

I have the KAF2 in mine. It not only does a good job getting rid of Qrm,
but I find it really knocks down the back ground noise. So I use it a lot
even when there is no Qrm to deal with. 72 Geo/W2BPI
