Stupid question, I have found the round female TP2-labeled point, but not the
point where the other side goes to. Looked for 10 mins but no success. Can
someone point me to the right label on the RF board?

Andreas,
I assume you have the internal Frequency Counter Probe that was
assembled during Assembly and Test Part II. That is the probe that
plugs into TP2 - the other end connects to the Control Board connector
on the top left corner.
