Put the rig together in about 7hrs of continual (contest like) assembly. No problems at all. Things went together like a Swiss Watch. Had to go bed sometime, but before then played with the final result. Very impressive, and I'm sure that how good it is will only grow with time. Well done guys.

My Aircraft Spruce catalog calls them Dzus fasteners. They come in lots of sizes and real expensive, however they are much larger and more expensive than a 4-40 screw. And the installation tools are much more expensive than a #1 Phillips, so I will take my K3 the way it was designed and buy some
