[Elecraft] K3 #77 yet another problem

Again, maybe I missed something - but this seems pretty straightforward. Plugged a mic into the back mic jack, set bias, vox gain and anti-vox. All seems correct. and the vox kicks transmitter on perfectly. If I hit tune button I get full 100 watts out. But if I speak into the mic I get
