This morning while calling some DX - split - on 30m, it sounded as if the DX
suddenly drifted about 100Hz LF. I thought at first I had knocked my VFO
but no, the frequency on the display was the same. However, having
accidentally QRMd the DX (oops!) I noticed that the K3 had fallen

The general who to blame rule is:
1. Computer
2. Operator
3. K3
It's likely to be related to your logging program. Perhaps you refreshed a
spot.
