Correction to -15dBm signal to S9+58dB sri, too tired for math
Should have added the appropriate S-unit readings as well, I guess.
Assuming S9 = 50 uv @ 50 ohms, -73 dBm:
-28 dBm = 8900 uV (8.9 mV) = S9+45dB
-15 dBm = 39,800 uV (39.8 mV) = S9+58dB
0 dBm = 223,600 uV (223.6 mV) = S9+73dB
