I'm not sure if I've got the same, because I don't think I'm understanding
your post Len. Tonight I was using AM on VFO B and listening on SSB on VFO A
using the split. I downloaded the latest F/W 2.82 and now I get SPLT N/A
when I try the same, it was working before, but not now which is a real

No Paul, it is not the same.
What I was writing about is the possibility of sending CW while you are in
mode SSB. This function is working properly as long as you are not using
SPLIT.
I got a direct answer to my question from Wayne where he says that this
function (in split) is on

might start another thread if I can be bothered, it's no big deal.

Normally - when running SSB- the CW insert functions properly. With latest F/W
and in split this does not work. As I recall it did work before. Any comments?
