Saw the review a moment ago and had the same thought. Worked JT5DX a minute ago
with R5 vertical and the KPA500 @ 600W. I'm very happy with it And will buy
another one for second radio in the future.

1) Needs 50 to 80 watts of drive power (depending on band).
2) Protection circuit will not reset for at least 5 minutes.
