Howdy Gang:
I downloaded KX3 MCU 1.48 a few days ago without problem...all seemed fine.
Today, I tried to set the TIME on my KX3 as I had done many times before but
after entering TIME in the menu and tapping the PRE button to set the HOURS
instead of flashing the display remained steadyI
I just tested this and had no problem. You may have done a hold rather than a
tap of the 1/2/3 (PRE/ATTN/APF) switch.

Problem solved...not sure why but hey, it's working now.
I powered up and down several times trying to set the TIME on the KX3 and the
fifth time was a charm...TIME set FB...no problem.
You just gotta love this digital stuff (grin).

Hello Joe: I also have 1.48 and no problem changing the time. You may want to
try using the KX3 Utility to set the time; can do that in configuration
mode. I also like option of reverting to previous software load and then
re-loading the new software. Just a thought from a novice. 73. Ron
