Question for Wayne/Eric and anyone else familiar with the XV-50.
As some of you know, my KAT-100 tuner is built flush against the bottom of my
K2/100 as a solid brick with no external interface wire or power leads. This
was possible due to the brilliantly conceived 2D fasteners as well as

Answers:
1) No provision for such connections in the XV-50
2) Don't try this - 'strange happenings' will occur (usually Hi-Cur and
inadequate drive to the KPA100)
3) Risky
4) The K60XV is a more elegant solution - you do not have to swap antenna
connectors - I recommend it highly. Two short
