I am using PSK D Mode on my K3 along with the K3's Utilities Terminal
Program and have a few questions:
Threshold does not seem to work in TEXT DEC. I still get many characters
coming thru in the Terminal Program's receive window. I have tried a thr
30 and it doesn't

Threshold is not used in the present DSP firmware for PSK D mode.
Squelch is applied to the audio after the PSK detector, so it also has
no effect.
Thanks you for these reminders, I'll look at improving this in the DSP
firmware.

There is no need to watch ALC levels anyway with a K3. Set it up as
instructed to give 4 to 5 bars on the ALC meter (which is not actual ALC in
DATA-A mode) and forget

connected to the paddle input.
