Since a discussion of K3 TX IMD routinely shows up, you may be interested in the the predistortion linearization part of the ANAN 100D review in the Oct. QST. Third order products went from 38db (which isn't so bad on its own, but look at the 5th order which were worse!) down to -50dbc.
