[Elecraft] Q. about Elecraft utility

I noticed under the configuration pull-down menu there is a edit crystal filters button. I can't seem to make this work. Is it enabled or am I doing something wrong? I have the latest version for the Mac and all my filters are configured and work as designed, but I was curious about
