[Elecraft] Question about Temperature Compensated PLL upgrade

The temperature compensated PLL reference upgrade has the following ; parts list has a 10 uh inductor listed for L31, the original L31 was also a 10uh inductor. The L31 in the upgrade kit is a 10uh. The instructions say : new one looks like old one but the value is 12 uh. I need a little
