The frequency as always is plus or minus the QRM. There appears to be CW
and SSB contests running on 80m, maybe another morning for keeping the
shack warm with linears!

Last Sunday was a struggle with a lot of European QRM, we might review
the start time - that is always a compromise between working local and
more distant stations across the UK as in some cases the nearer
continental stations are closer than some of the UK stations. As always,

I am hopeful that we will be clear of contests this Sunday and that we
have a report on the recent Jura week of activity from Ian or Paul.
See you in the morning!

I've already worked Jura this week (MS0SCG) and hope they can join us on
the net with their two K3s (antennas permitting this far down the band).

we can keep the frequency clear. Several stations have other

The title says it all, last week we had quite a useful gathering. One or
two more said they would try and join in too.
80m on a Sunday morning can be crowded, especially if the skip is long.
The frequency is nominally 3630 KHz lower sideband, we don't own the
frequency, so it's +/- QRM.
