A few weeks ago I called the main number and received a return auth number for
my KPA1500. I packed the amp and shipped it UPS. I received a confirmation from
Elecraft when it arrived on April 2nd.

My Panadapter has quit working. When I press the power switch I get a white

I have tried rebooting by holding power switch while I plug the power cord
back in. No luck!

My update/repair took 4 months (June-October) end of last year, All of which I
could done myself except for lack of alignment procedures, parts, proper
rework, and test equipment.

Is Elecraft having a problem with its repair service? My radio was accepted on
February 2, 2021, and I was quoted a 20 working day turn around. It is now
April 9, 2021, and they will not answer emails, or telephone calls. My stress
level has gone from disappointed to disgusted. I am starting to
