Bill, The IOC upgrade was not required with previous microprocessor level changes, but starting with uP revision 2.04 (which adds the K60XV support), the relay control sequence changed (this has nothing to do with the KIO2), and the IOC had to be changed as well. It just so happens that the 2.04
