Somehow the kxpa100 serial speed has been changed. Check the kxpa100 command reference to be sure, but try entering ^BRX3; followed by ^BRP3; in the KXPA utility command tester. Then go back to the utility's port tab and click test communications. It should be 38400 at that point. Firmware
