No, the Amazon Basics batteries are not the same as the Eneloop Pro. For one thing, they are 2400 mAh instead of 2550 mAh. The best bet is that Amazon Basics batteries are the previous version of Eneloops, made in the old factory. But that is a guess. Personally, I’m not interested in saving

I found that the standard Eneloops were better for my KX3 than the Eneloop Pro. While the Eneloop Pro has a higher total capacity at lower rates of discharge than the standard Eneloop, my samples had a higher internal resistance than the standard Eneloop. That translated into a greater voltage sag
