I’ve confirmed that 5V power on the output of U8 comes up IMMEDIATELY when the K2 is switched on. Q2 seems to be doing it’s job. However, the KAT100 will sit there without any LEDs for a while, sometimes seconds. I’m beginning to wonder if Z1 is not oscillating right away. I need to check
