[Elecraft] [K2] SSB power problem

Ok, smart people, I am having a problem and I know not where to look... I have a newly assembled K2 with DSP, NB, SSB, 160mtr, 60 mtr options, MH2 mike. All testing went fine throughout. I am not able to get any ALC indication unless I yell into the mike, whistling sometimes will flicker one

Thanks to Gary and the tip he sent me. Just a note, IF your not getting good power while in SSB on the higher bands,look at T1 and T2. Gary ask me to check them to insure I had the right number of turns and had them in the correct place. Course all that was good but it
