Mark, You will likely have to gain access to a full RS-232 port by using a USB to serial adapter. Connect that to an RS-232 "Y" cable. One side of the "Y" connects to the RS-232 of your loop antenna, and on the other side of the "Y" connect to your KX3 using the KXSER cable from Elecraft -
