Propagation conditions were some of the worst we have seen during the net's
history. With at least four relay stations, we managed to get 27 check-ins;
but it wasn't easy. Let's hope conditions improve soon.

I'm actually KX3 #2985, rather than#29. I was only getting through with
compression on, which is good (compression works), but I can't figure out how
to make it stay on, which is not good.
