Hi all, I have a K1, ATU1 and a SGC-239 external tuner set up.
And now when SWR is bad for a non optimal antenna the K1 will drop power to 0.1W and will stay there. So the SGC will not tune because it needs 2-3W. I tried ATU modes CALP and CALS. I didn't find this power reduction and resolution mentioned in the manual. So my question is: Is there a way to use external tuners that need more than 0.1W, namely 2-3W with non-resonant antennas?
