These particular functions are used *only* as part of the AGC
calculations. They have to be very fast since they happen in the 48-
kHz interrupt handler.

Loaded the new SW and I miss having NR. I have been tuning around in
the 7O piles and it is hard for me to compare as I never really
experienced what others have. I need to split the antenna and share
with two K3's and see if I can hear a difference.

NARrow blanking pulses and lower DSP blanker settings will cause less.
I'm surprised the AGC changes are having this much of a benefit, but
I'm not going to complain.
