[Elecraft] PX3 internal spurious

Hello I have some internal spurious on my PX3. Is this normal? How can I get rid of this spurious? Does someone has found the internal cause e.g. DC/DC converter, clocking etc. and has some suggestions for shieldings, blocking caps
